Do you sell this window tensioner

Sounds like you need a new balance. I'm afraid those codes don't tell me what you have, though. There should be more numbers printed on the casing. Would it be possible to see a clear photo of all of them? Sometimes seeing how the code is printed is just as important as the numbers themselves.
