Does 10-324 have a glue strip?

Does the drip rail come with a double edged glueing strip, or is it necessary to drill holes and attach with screws?

The 10-324 does not come with a glue strip, no. It is intended to screw into the door, but it is possible to install it with double stick tape. You can find this tape at most hardware stores.
