Does 32-101 have a spring?

A home owner from San Marcos Ca says:

Does this hinge have a spring to make it self closing ? I've noticed that some like these are marked no spring ! The ones I have seem to have a spring action and look exactly like yours. Thanks in advance:

The 32-101 Self Closing hinge does, indeed, have a spring.
