Does not sit flush.

Question

The lock cylinder sticks out to far on the back for the handle to attach to the door. Do I need to drill out the small hole on the door to fit the cylinder? I am trying to install 82-030B

If the hole that takes the key cylinder is a little too small on your door frame, what you can do is take a rat tail file to make it a little wider. I've done that myself in similar situations and find that it works great in a pinch.
