Does old tracking have to be removed?

Question

We want to replace the old metal bi-fold doors with tracking system of 11/16" W x 5/8"D (first two sets of picutres) with newer wood panel bi-fold doors as shown in the last pictures. Can we use the old tracking system with new hardware or the existing with the new doors we are getting? Thank you for your assistance if determining what will work.

Can we see closer photos of the hardware itself? We need to see the parts that fit into the track in order to help.
