Does one of the multiple sizes line up with 4 7/8 hole centers? Key cylinder included?

Yes, a key cylinder with two keys is included.

Yes, one of the hole center sets measures 4-7/8".

I have a couple of questions:
Does the 82-306 pull handle come with the locking cylinder and key?
Is one of the multiple hole sizes line up with my 4 7/8 centers if so I would like to order 2.
