Does the 81-005 have two screws

Product Code 81-005 looks like the roller I need to replace. Your photograph and all dimensions match up. However, my roller has two screws: one is the adjustment screw and the other is a much larger screw just below the adjustment screw which attaches to the door frame. Your photograph does not show the second, larger screw. Does 81-005 in fact have this second screw? Thank you.
