Does the 81-057 roller assembly have two mounting holes?

Does this assembly have TWO screw mounting holes in the end? Thanks

Thanks for posting. The 81-058 has one mounting hole and one adjustment screw on the back. There are no additional holes.

It's pretty uncommon for this kind of roller to have more than one mounting hole. Can you show me a photo of yours? That may offer a clue as to what you need and what can be used to replace it.
