Does the spindle include the spring?

does the 40-038 handle spindle come with the spring? the spring is what i need. do you sell just the spring?

You will receive the spindle and the spring as pictured in the 40-038 product picture. Take a look at SWISCO's catalog section of replacement springs to see if one will fit your needs.
