Does this include handles and the mortise lock?

Does this kit include the handles and the mortise latching set and lock?  Also picture shows brass so wanted to verify this is a brass set?

The 40-193 handle set comes exactly as it is shown, with a brass finish. It includes the mortise latch, escutcheon plate, and handles. It also includes the key cylinder.
