Domed rivet?

Question

We recently replaced all window operators, but there is a domed screw/rivet type part which is broken on the other "arms" of the window, as shown with the blue arrow in my photos. Do we need to replace that other set of arms (don't know what they're called) or may we just replace that little domed screw/rivet part, as its the inly broken piece? Sorry, not sure what these other parts are called!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell the hinge rivet you need, unfortunately. You would need to replace the hinge itself. Start by taking a look at the 36-048 with a 10" base. Review the specifications and see if they match up with yours. We just recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
