Don Young Window spring and sliding block

Question

first picture is two pieces.top piece is the spring mechanism and the bottom piece is the part that the ssh hooks into and slides on. Second picture is just the spring and the third picture is just the piece that the sash hooks into that slides up and down.
The windows are from 2005 and are made by Don Young Windows in Texas.

We can't be sure withy the hardware still installed but your photos resemble the 15-111 pivot shoe, which uses either the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. The 15-111 is compatible with both sizes, so you'll have to measure your spring to verify the better option.
