Thanks for posting. Based on the hole pattern on the top and bottom tabs this awning operator might be something like our 39-025. This is only a guess however, and I can't be more definitive without seeing the entire link arm that comes out the back of the mechanism, including the hole at its end. If you can show us a picture of that link arm in its entirety, we should be able to narrow this down further. The video below shows how to remove and replace these types of operators. Check it out.
