Spiral balances for unknown window brand

I need the window block tackle sash silver bar that connects to the shoe shown in the picture. The window will not stay up in any position.

We'd be happy to help but you will need to remove an undamaged spiral balance from an identical window in the house if yours are missing on both sides from the window in your photo.

We'll need to see a photo of your balance, as well as confirm the length and diameter of the tube, which would be 3/8" or 5/8". Also, you'll need to weigh the window sash to choose the correct strength option. Thank you!
