Don't know what pivot shoe to get

Thanks for posting. Is there an identical window in the house that still has its pivot shoes? If so, could you remove it and show it to us, and provide the width and thickness? I'm afraid it's going to be rather difficult to say otherwise what you need, as pivot shoes are highly dependent on the window they're from. Many thanks.
