Don't know which model to choose.

Question

I want to buy a window channel balances. The only number I can see on the old part is "14 5 IQ CALDWELL" and the lenght of metal part is 15 inches. Could you please tell me which one to choose? I also attached some pic for you.

I would recommend looking at our Series 390 channel balance. This looks close to me, just make sure the nylon attachments on either end are the same size.
