It's tough to say based on this picture. Many important details are obscured. Can you show me a picture of the complete roller unit out of the door?
Here are some directions to help out. To fully remove the roller assembly, you first need to remove the door, lay it down on a table or a pair of saw horses. At the bottom of the door, remove the two frame screws and use a block of wood and hammer to carefully knock off the metal bottom door rail. On the inside where the glass sits you will see two screws attached to the top of the wheel housing that need to be removed. You can now slide out the wheel housing and identify the roller assembly.

I was able to back out the adjustment screw, and this allowed me to pull the roller assembly down out of the door frame. I have sent two more emails with right and left views of the assembly. Please let me know if you need more. I don't wish to take the door apart, until I have new parts for it, as it is still in use every day. My name is Ross and this door belongs to a client. Thanks so much.

I'm afraid we have not received your additional pictures. If you can, please upload your pictures directly to this thread. That way all your information is in one place, which will ensure we can help you as fast as possible, and with as little confusion as possible, too. Thank you!

The pictures will show only the inside portion of a 2 part roller. The corner bracket/roller housing will be required for proper ID. It will be 81-278 or one of the others that look almost the same.
