Door Bottom for 25 Year Old Steel Double Doors

Question

This is a terrible sample, but it's the best I could do. In the photo, the part facing up attaches to the bottom of the door. The portion facing down is missing pieces that form the door sweep. The distance between the two prongs that hold the door bottom to the door is 5/8". The distance to the outer edge of the 2 prongs is 1 1/8". I hope you can help! Thank you!

I recognize this. I think we used to have it for steel doors, but it isn't made anymore. Consider our 58-176 as a substitute. This can wrap around the entire bottom of the door and installs with screws. Could that work?
