I was curious if you could tell me which handle this is and if I can order a new one from you

Thanks for posting. See our 82-003 or our 82-055 to start. The main difference between these two handle sets is the distance between the mounting holes. Also keep in mind that the 82-003 is meant for doors that are 1" thick. Compare the dimensions listed on the product pages to your old handle set and see if you think either of these could work for you.
