The only number I can find is 12199696060 34, which is on the door. The current handle (inside) came apart. I have not tried to take it off the door yet. Not sure if I need a replacement door handle.

Your photos resemble an old style Cole Sewell handle set, which hasn't been made in a long time since they went out of business. The good news is that the 40-058 can be used as an alternative. Take a look and review the specifications shown on our product page. Thanks for posting!

Thank for the advice. However, I only need a new inside handle, and not the lock set.
