My door handle was stuck in locked position. Can you identify this? The only name and number I see is Reflectolite Prod inc. Patent pending 2800-03. I removed these but the slider still won't open. Can you identify, do you carry or tell me where to get a replacement?

My recommendation is the 82-030 if the installation hole center spacing is 3-15/16". However, you may want to also check if the mortise lock is the culprit. To do so, try manually throwing the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, then it must be replaced. We should be able to help with that if that's the case. We would just need to see a photo of the old mortise lock.
