Need to replace everything. No lock on the exterior just a handle.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" installation hole center spacing. As for the mortise lock and keeper, see the 82-218, 89-029, and 89-041. Review the specifications for these parts and see if they match what you need for this repair.
