Door Handle Replacement

A friend from Ridgefield, NJ says:

Sir or Madam,
I am writing on behalf of my mother who needs to replace a screen door handle on a door that is roughly 30 years old. The width of the door is 1 1/4 inches thick. The holes for the handle are 1 1/2 inches apart on center. Attached, please find a few pics I took next to a measuring tape for reference. Please let me know which of your products would work best for people who aren't particularly handy.

I think you should consider our 40-032 1-1/2" door handle set. The only difference is the inside latch, but that that shouldn't be any problem.
