Door Handle Replacement

Question

I am trying to sell my Aunt's house and the handle is off of the storm door, but the lock is still there. It looks like the 40-058 is the same lock/handle set. I have a picture of the door and the measurements. Could you verify please? Also, is there any difference between the 40-058 and the 40-177 beside the color? Thank you!

I agree, the 40-058 and 40-177 look like the best options. They are identical, aside from color options.
