Door Handle coming apart

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement door handle for my patio door as the handle on the door now is starting to pull apart from the locking mechanism.

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-080 with 4-15/16" installation holes to yours. We also offer the 82-081 keyed version. Thanks for posting!
