Thanks for writing in! Your handle set reminds me of our 82-089 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. The keyed version is part 82-086. If you are only looking to replacement the thumb latch, you can use part 82-107.

The internal mortise lock is part 82-218. This is available is stainless steel as part 82-243. Carefully compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit.

I've seen this handle come up. My concern is that handle has the latch on an offset position. The handle I currently have, and the corresponding holes in my door, are for a centred latch

Thanks for confirming this information. If you are looking to replace only the thumb latch, the 82-107 should still work fine. However, if you are looking to replacement the entire handle, Take a look at our 82-030. The keyed version of this handle set is the 82-030A.
