Door Handle vs Mortise Lock

Question

Hi, my spouse and I recently purchased a home that had the wrong patio door handle that was barely attached to the door. It's a Legence 3 Patio Door. Type: DDSG Code: TRI - K - 36.
We recently purchased the door handle set 82-080 and it does seem to fit the door. However, now it seems like we have the wrong Mortise Lock. Is there a Mortise Lock and latch that matches with the part number? I am also including a photo of the mortise and latch we currently have.

The 82-080 handle set is commonly used with the 82-238 mortise lock and 89-030 keeper. With that being said, your mortise is a bit of a different design. Review the specifications below to determine if these parts could work for your application. Thanks for posting!
