Hey there,

I am confident we have the replacement hardware needed to repair your patio door but there are a few details I'll need to confirm to identify the correct parts. To start, I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes on the handle set. This is the distance between the screws on the piece still attached to the door.

To identify the rollers, I'll need to see a photo of one removed from the bottom of the door. Take a look at our video tutorials tagged below as a reference for how to remove/install them and what we'll need to identify them.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions you might have.

Regarding the handle set, I am requesting the distance between the holes that are used to secure the handle set to the door. I believe what you've given me is the distance between the measurements for the installation holes that secure the handle pull to the backplate.

We cannot provide you with a replacement just for the pull, so you'll need to measure the installation hole spacing to confirm the right hardware. That being said, take a look at the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. If this measurement is not a match, please confirm your exact dimension.

I'm afraid I cannot identify the rollers without the additional photos. Unfortunately, there are far too many to make a guess based on the photos provided. The entire selection can be viewed in the Multi Wheeled Assemblies section of our online catalog. If you are not able to narrow down the replacements, I'm happy to help but I will need to see the requested photos.

I have not come across a patio door handle set that has an installation hole distance that measures exactly 4". That said, I do believe the hole spacing is 3-15/16", which is the "standard", so the recommended handle should be the one you need.

To confirm this, you'll need to double check the dimensions, starting at the center of the top hole to the center of the bottom hole. Unfortunately, I can't confirm it from the photo of the measuring tape.

I'll happy to take a look at the rollers once you are able to provide them. No rush!

Please feel free to reach out with any other questions.
