Unfortunately, the sticker doesn't help us much since there is no way for us to determine the hardware used for your door with that information. We'll need to see a picture of the part that you are trying to replace to make a recommendation. A picture of your handle, mortise lock in the center of your door and the keeper that it hooks onto would help us greatly, as well as the distance between the mounting screw on your handle set.
