Door Seal

I have two steel doors with this door seal approx.(36x81,32x81) ~ I cannot find this seal anywhere ~ Please see images and pdf file ~ any help locating this seal or an acceptable replacement would be appreciated

I would start by looking at our 58-173. Could you possibly use this as a replacement?
