We don't have the manufacturer.
There is a small piece missing. It probably just slid out of the slot since there is a 2 inch gap where the door lock is and it might have slid out there.
It looks like a total of 1.5 inches wide with the aluminum holder and 3/4" for the bristle part.
Thanks for reaching out to us! It's tough to tell from this photo, but if I had to guess then I'd say your lock plate is missing. This is about the size of the indicated gap and installs in about the same spot. Take a look at our 79-029 short throw plate and our 79-030 long throw plate. See if these can work for you.
