Door Sweep replacement

I am looking to replace the door sweep for a french exterior door. I am told the door may have been made by Caradco but I do not know that for sure. I have attached a photo and drawing with dimensions.The door was installed around 1993 or so. The overall thichness of the door is 1-15/16". the existing sweep is 2-7/16 +/-. Any help identifying a replacement sweep would be greatly appreciated. Would also be interested in replacement weatherstripping for the sides and top of the door frame as well.
