Looking at your photo, this closet door guide seems like it'd be a close match for our 23-021. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

In the 23-021 what keeps the white sliding pieces in place? Gravity? Thanks

No, it's held in much the same way as your original. There are little folds of metal that hug it and keep it secure in the housing that it won't fall out, but still loose enough to adjust.
