Door crank hardware

The handle can be replaced with our 39-114L, and the cover can be replaced with our 39-107. Unfortunately, the fact the worm gear came out with the handle means that I am afraid the entire operator has broken down and should be replaced. I am confident we can help, but we need to see the entire operator, including the link arm(s). From there I'll do my best to ID what you need.
