I guess I forgot to take any pictures of the trim that covers this mechanism. Here are the photos of the mechanism as of right now. The base plate is 4 15/16 ", the long arm is about 9.5 overall and short arm is 4 7/8".
The base plate has a part number of 40372 on it.
If you have the matching hardware can you send me a quote with shipping for 2 right hand and 1 left hand units so that I can review the cost with my customer? Thanks for y'alls help with this.

Thank you for contacting us! Our 39-031 and 39-032 were the first operators to come to mind. However, the link arm measures 4-7/16" and the arm is 10-3/4" when measured from the center of the installation hole to the end of the roller as shown in the images below. You may want to double-check just to be safe!
