Take a look at our 82-080 handle set and see if this could work for you as a replacement.

I am looking for a replacement door handle that allows the door to be locked by a key and has handle on both sides of the sliding door or anything that is similar and allows for a key to unlock the door.

Your handle set appears to be a match for our 82-080. We do sell a keyed version of this, which is our 82-081, but the exterior pull is unfortunately not made in any other style. I do believe this is your best and only option.
