Dear Sir,
I ordered a sliding glass door from Lowes.Someone pulled on the door handle to hard and pulled the latch that catches the door lock away from the frame. I need one so badly that we cannot secure the door. Help. The #'2 I got from the panel was
SGD-R25-95x80 &
SGD-R35-71X80
Please help me find one. My email is below.

Hello! We can absolutely help with this issue, but we need to see some photos to make up for the fact that we can't directly inspect the parts. Can you send a photo of the latch that got pulled out? If your handle is damaged, show that to us, as well. We'll try to put together a substitute. The codes you listed are industry designations that tell me you have a residential sliding glass door, but the codes don't contain any more info than that.
