Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! Either our 82-030 or our 82-089 would work fine to use as a replacement for your patio door handle set. The thumb lever latch on part 82-030 is adjustable. Be sure to double check the dimensions for the holes spacing to confirm that it is 3-15/16".

Your keeper appears to be part 82-249. This part is only available in brass.
