Thanks for writing in! You are correct. The mortise lock you have here does appear to be the 82-218 Mortise Lock. We have a few different handle sets compatible with this lock but they are not an exact replacement match for your existing handle set. Unfortunately, this exact set has been discontinued and I'm not sure it is available any longer.

That said, take a look at our 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to confirm that this would be a fit for you.
