Door handle

Question

I am looking to replace or retrofit this handle with an external keyed handle.  The lock is a multipoint mortise lock.  The mounting screw spacing appears to be 3-15/16.

Hey there. Is the thumb lever 'centered' between the mounting holes? If so, the keyed 82-030A should work as a substitute handle set.
