Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-080 handle set, as well as the 82-238 mortise lock, to your original hardware. If you find that the door is difficult to operate, then you may also want to check the rollers. Damaged rollers can cause the door to drag, which puts additional strain on the handle set that can cause the replacement handle set to break prematurely. Just something to consider. Thanks for posting!
