Door handle hardware for sliding glass patio door

I am looking to replace the pictured handle hardware. As you can see, one of the screw casements on the base plate is sheared so it is impossible to get the handle to tighten down on the door frame. Please advise if you have suggestions?

Hello John. I have some really great news. You should be able to use our 82-080 handle set as a replacement. The not so great news is it's not available in black. Take a look and let us know what you think.
