Door handle / lock for Cardinal patio door

Hey there What is the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole? Is it 3-15/16"? Finally, is the thumb lever and key lock perfectly centered between the mounting holes? If so, our 82-030A Handle Set will work here. Unfortunately it does not come in a nickel finish. I apologize for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have questions. 

Hey there. Do you mean the hole spacing, center-to-center, of the handle was 4-13/16"? That would be a pretty unusual measurement for a handle set so please confirm. Also if in doubt please show us a clear picture of the mortise lock in the door. That will help narrow things down.
