we need door knob/ handle for the attached photos

We believe we may be able to help. To get started, could we have you give us some measurements, like the distance between the screw holes, as well as the thickness of the door? This should be enough information to get us started on finding a suitable replacement.

Thanks! Looks like the outer hole-to-hole center spacing is 3-15/16", which matches up with our 82-035. This should also be fully compatible with your original mortise lock, which matches our 82-218.

so i need to order both of these?

if your mortise lock is still intact and not damaged, then all you will need to order is the 82-035. However, if you do need to replace it, then I recommend ordering both pieces.
