One of the embossed areas where the screw goes through broke. The distance between the two embossed areas is 4 15/16.
The handle is a slate color. The only markings is "Made in New Zealand"

Take a look at our 82-080 or 82-081 keyed handle set. Both have the 4-15/16" hole spacing of your original handle. Thank you!

If you're referring to the inside thumb latch, see our 82-240. Unfortunately, it does not come in slate but if it works for you, you could always paint it to match your existing hardware. Also, you can view our return policy here.

Is it possible to purchase just the piece attached to the handle? If so how much? Does it come in slate color.? What is the return policy if it's the wrong one?
