Door handle replacement

Hello,

Is it possible to replace this handles with one of your swisco replacements? it does resemble a few but in the opposite direction or upside down if you will.

We don't have an exact match for this handle set, but our 40-049 looks similar. It can work for both left and right hand side doors interchangeably, so don't worry about handle position. I'm more concerned about dimensions.
