Door handle replacement

Good morning I need to identify the store handle and the right spacing, it has ripped on the top and I do need to put the latch in that I ordered two years ago. I have struggled with the latch to try and get the hooks to retract farther down. So therefore I never put the latch in which I think is led to this failure along with maybe the door needing some balancing on the frame. If you could help me with that particular part number and the actual hole spacing it would be very helpful. Amy
