Door handle w a lock

A quick learner from Lancaster,PA says:

On the back of the handle on both side there is a few numbers,on top 2265,us patent 5125703 then D 340398 .please can you let me know which door handle can matches my old one and if 82-086 is a match.thanks for your help

Thanks for posting. I think you're right on target with the 82-086. If you also need the mortise lock, take a look at our 82-226 and 82-227. You'll need to go over the dimensions to see which one might work.
