This is very odd. We still don't have a record of your email or photos. This isn't a problem we've encountered before so I'm not sure what the culprit could be. As a last effort, could you try texting your photos to (888) 991-1929 with the same reference number?

Hello,

To remove the rollers is it the screw on the side of the door holding it in? I removed it but the roller assembly didn't move and I didn't want to force it. Thank you

We got your photos! If you need just the exterior pull, see the 82-042. This can fit doors with 3-15/16" or 4-15/16" installation hole centers.

As for the roller, we'll have to see the complete assembly removed from the door along with written-out dimensions. You should be able to remove it once you unscrew the screw from the door. If you haven't already, you can try to remove it by hand using elbow grease. If it doesn't budge, in some cases, the bottom frame of the door must be disassembled to take out the roller.
