Hello Swisco team,
Attached is PDF showing the items that I need to replace.
To send you the model numbers, I've unsuccessfully tried (for hours) to figure out how to remove the door handles. They are screwless.
Can you advise on how to proceed?

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for the hardware shown in your photos. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the door manufacturer directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I have already contacted the manufacturer twice (Italian brand). Unfortunately, they did not reply.

I'm sorry to hear that. If a lot of the units in your building have the same types of doors, you could also check with local hardware stores that may be familiar with this hardware from when they were originally installed.
